Create a delicious 3 course dinner with Chef Nolan Ledarney as your host and guide. The level of interaction with cooking is up to the group and is meant to be stress-free, entertaining and fun. Join us and learn the critical decisions that face a winemaker in the final stage before bottling. Learn how to perfect the structure, style, flavour balance & aromatics of unfinished vino. 

In this fun, (tipsy) and accidentally educational workshop, you and your party will enter the mind of a winemaker and create your own custom blend of red. Then you'll name your creation and present it to the group. Finally, a little friendly competition will ensue, as a professional wine expert will taste and judge your custom blends. 

This event is for those keen to get geeky about their wine! If the tablecloth remains white, you are doing something wrong!

Welcome to CRAFTED 852's signature loft party! If you're planning a get-together with a larger group, this one's for you. The space will be divided into multiple interactive food stations, including a bar, with plenty of lounging areas for easy socializing.
Bring out your (friendly) competitive side during a surprise kitchen challenge mid-evening. 

Food stations may include jet fresh oysters, Valrhona chocolate fondue, a DIY taco station with handmade tortillas and authentic toppings, or a bruschetta station with lush Mediterranean ingredients. Sometimes kneading dough is the perfect way to de-stress. Even better when that dough turns into comforting, perfectly al dente PASTA! Make pasta dough from scratch, then revel in the satisfaction of rolling it through a traditional pasta machine; or, create perfectly imperfect fettuccine cut by hand. Enjoy your pasta with a soulful, homey sauce (recipes are chef's call and will always change!) and we guarantee that you'll leave dreaming of di bella Italia.
