Who is CRAFTED 852 for?

Any lover of food who wants something more than the traditional dining experience; whether you have a special occasion to celebrate, a team building event, or just looking for a unique way to spend an afternoon. At a CRAFTED 852 Experience or Workshop, not only will you enjoy tasty food and the warmest hospitality, you'll get to cook and interact with diverse chefs and craftspeople who share the same passions as you.

What is the difference between an Experience and a Workshop?

Experiences are meant for groups, either for private or corporate events. They are able to be booked on dates of your choice upon confirmation of the venue's availability. They are generally longer in duration and are relaxed, interactive and celebratory. Workshops are meant for individuals or couples, and are on fixed dates. They are shorter in duration and focus on specific ingredients, and learning new recipes and techniques. You will also have the chance to enjoy the food you make at the end of the session. Workshops are a great opportunity to meet new friends!

How do I book an Experience or Workshop?

To book an Experience, fill out and send us the booking request form, and we will contact you within 24 hours with availability. It is recommended that Experiences be booked at least 14 days in advance. Last minute bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation of the booking is made when payment is received. (See next question for payment information). Workshops can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, directly through our website. As there are limited seats, it is recommended that you reserve as early as possible.

Do you accommodate food allergies or other special requests?

Of course. When you will out the Experience Booking Request form, let us know of your needs in the "Additional Requests" box. Alternatively, you can email us at info@crafted852.com. We're there every step of the booking process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via most major credit cards through Paypal, or through direct deposit to our HSBC account. If you wish to pay with a mailed cheque, please address it to: UMAMI CONCEPTS LTD. 2f 35 Bonham Road, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. Should you choose to mail a cheque please inform us by email upon sending it to confirm your booking in a timely manner.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but transferable. Experiences can be rescheduled 1 time, with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Confirmation of the newly requested date is subject to availability. Workshop bookings are final.

What if I want to add or subtract people to my party after initial confirmation?

There will be no refunds for guests who decide not to show. If you wish to add more guests, notify us at least 7 days in advance of your event.

Can I purchase a CRAFTED 852 Experience as a gift?

Absolutely. CRAFT CARDS can be purchased directly from the website and can be used for any single or combination of Experiences, Workshops or retail items.

Can I create a tailor-made Experience?
